We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Diners Club) and payments via PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
If your order is ready to be shipped out locally, you can expect to have your orders after 5 to 7 working days from the date of receiving your order confirmation. If your order has preorder items, they might take 1 to 3 weeks to arrive from Korea to Singapore, that does not include the local shipping time to reach your doorstep.

We ship using SingPost and NinjaVan. To track your order, if it’s registered shipping, we will provide you with the tracking number to monitor for your own reference.

No, but in any case, if you received the wrong size or you do not like the colour, you can head down to our outlet at One Raffles Place to exchange your items within 14 days.
