How do I place an order?

Where can I check the measurements of the products?
Click on a particular product and you can see that it has a size guide tab near the description box.
What are your payment methods?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Diners Club) and payments via PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
How many days will it take to receive my order(s)?
If your order is ready to be shipped out locally, you can expect to have your orders after 5 to 7 working days from the date of receiving your order confirmation. If your order has preorder items, they might take 1 to 3 weeks to arrive from Korea to Singapore, that does not include the local shipping time to reach your doorstep.
How much is the shipping fee?
Free shipping for all orders with no minimum spend.
What courier do you use to ship orders and how do I track my order?
We ship using SingPost and NinjaVan. To track your order, if it’s registered shipping, we will provide you with the tracking number to monitor for your own reference.
Do you accept international orders?
No, not at the moment but we might open for international orders in the future.
Do you do refunds?
No, but in any case, if you received the wrong size or you do not like the colour, you can head down to our outlet at One Raffles Place to exchange your items within 14 days.
