The following Shipping and Exchange Policy applies to online purchases made through www.slady.sg and through official channels on S LADY’s Facebook and Instagram.
S LADY offers FREE shipping, with no minimum spend. Details below.
Due to the current coronavirus situation, it has impacted the shipping nationwide. At S LADY, we aim to ensure that your shipped orders continue to run smoothly and that you can carry on shopping with us and receiving your orders.
We are working closely with our local shipping couriers to ensure that shipping times are not affected too much, however, we do note that due to the overwhelming response at our shipping couriers, certain locations may take longer than usual.

S LADY will accept, for exchange, items that are in new condition, unworn, unaltered, and free of damages by the customer. FINAL SALE items cannot be returned for exchange or refunds unless you have been sent a damaged or defective item.
- Exchanges are only allowed in-store within the first 2 weeks of purchase.
- Exchanges can be done for a different size (while stocks last) or to exchange to a new style.
How to Exchange:
- Only in-store exchanges are allowed at our One Raffles Place outlet.
- Contact us before heading down to our outlet for your item exchange.
- Please ensure that the item is unworn, unaltered, and free of damages, or else, we will reject it for the exchange.
